Deposit
50% deposit is required to confirm. Your balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival.
WiFi
Please note this is a countryside area with poor mobile signal and no fixed line Internet services (yet!) so the wifi can be a bit slow or unreliable, especially in peak season or bad weather.
Pet policy
Pets by request only; we often have to say no during certain seasons at Woodlands as some of our guests really fear or do not like dogs. Please note that our property is open to the forest on the one side and that there is plenty of wild birds and animals as well as our own pets around.
Braai
Please note that due to the fire hazard the braai on the suites private decks are for charcoal only. If you prefer a wood braai, there is one in the front garden which you are welcome to use.
